1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using SolidFound ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally enforceable contract between you and SolidFound LLC.
Beta Period
SolidFound is currently in beta. During the beta period, the Platform may display clearly labeled sample job listings for demonstration purposes; these are not active jobs from real employers.
2. Eligibility
To use SolidFound you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident or authorized to work in the United States
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
- Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform
3. Account Types
SolidFound has two primary account types:
Workers — individuals seeking paid work opportunities through the Platform.
Employers — individuals or businesses seeking to hire workers through the Platform.
You must register under the correct account type. Misrepresenting your account type is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Employer Subscription Tiers
SolidFound offers the following employer subscription plans:
- Starter — $19/month: Up to 3 active job posts, standard visibility, basic matching
- Pro — $49/month: Unlimited job posts, priority listing, Quick Help access, advanced analytics, verified employer badge
- Business — $99/month: Everything in Pro plus featured employer status, bulk hiring tools, dedicated support
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of signup
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- SolidFound reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice
- Failed payments result in immediate downgrade to free tier until resolved
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
5. Quick Help Feature
5.1 What is Quick Help
Quick Help is a same-day on-demand labor feature that connects individuals and businesses with verified local workers for short-term tasks.
5.2 Individual vs Business Declaration — CRITICAL
When posting a Quick Help job, you must accurately declare whether you are:
- 🏠 An Individual — a private person acting for personal, household, or non-commercial purposes
- 🏢 A Business — any registered business, LLC, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, or any entity conducting commercial activity
This declaration is legally binding upon submission.
5.3 Falsification of Status — ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Declaring yourself as an Individual when you are in fact operating as a business — for any reason including avoiding subscription fees — constitutes falsification and fraud against SolidFound and its worker community.
Consequences of falsification:
- First Offense: Immediate 30-day account suspension, mandatory upgrade to appropriate business subscription tier, back-payment of the price difference owed from the date of first violation
- Second Offense: Permanent account ban with no possibility of reinstatement, forfeiture of any remaining subscription period without refund
- Egregious or Repeated Fraud: SolidFound reserves the right to pursue civil legal action and recover damages including lost subscription revenue, legal fees, and platform damages under California law
By checking the Individual declaration box you are explicitly confirming under penalty of account termination:
"I confirm that I am a private individual and am NOT acting on behalf of any registered business, commercial entity, or organization. I understand that misrepresentation is fraud and a violation of SolidFound's Terms of Service."
5.4 Quick Help Pricing for Individuals
Individual Quick Help users are charged a flat platform fee per task. No monthly subscription is required. Fee amount is displayed at time of posting and is non-refundable once a worker is matched.
5.5 Quick Help for Businesses
Business Quick Help access is included in the Pro and Business subscription tiers only. Businesses on the Starter tier or free tier do not have Quick Help access and must upgrade to post Quick Help jobs.
5.6 Worker Requirements for Quick Help
All workers participating in Quick Help must be fully verified including government ID, selfie match, and background check completion. Unverified workers cannot accept Quick Help jobs. SolidFound is not liable for the conduct of workers but maintains verification standards to protect platform integrity.
6. Identity Verification
6.1 Basic Verification
All users must complete basic verification including confirmed email address, valid phone number, and profile photo to access full platform features.
6.2 Full Verification
Full verification is required for all Quick Help participants — both workers and employers. Full verification includes government-issued photo ID, selfie biometric match, and for businesses, applicable documentation such as business license or EIN verification.
6.3 Verification Standards
SolidFound uses third-party identity verification services. By submitting verification documents you consent to your information being processed by these services in accordance with their privacy policies. SolidFound does not store raw ID documents beyond the verification process.
6.4 Misrepresentation During Verification
Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a federal crime. SolidFound will cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigation of identity fraud on the Platform.

SolidFound is a marketplace platform. Payments between employers and workers for standard jobs are handled outside the Platform. SolidFound is not a party to those transactions and is not liable for payment disputes between employers and workers. For Quick Help platform fees, all charges are final unless a technical error occurred.
11. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited and may result in account suspension. SolidFound reserves the right to remove any review that violates these Terms.
12. Privacy

- Identity verification does not guarantee safety. A verified user may still pose risks. You assume full responsibility for your own safety precautions.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ASSUME THESE RISKS, DO NOT USE SOLIDFOUND.
16. Limitation of Liability
